Friendly staff, great breakfast including good western options. Clean hotel in great location.
Hot water took a long time to heat in shower.

Decent hotel, good rooms, close to tourist places, little short tempered staff at restaurant
Rooms are spacious with king size beds, extra folding bed with thick mattress and blanket was provided on request. Thry have rooms with window facing either front side of hotel or rear side. Ones facing rear side have very poor view from window. Bathrooms have bath tub and all toiletries are provided. Parking is sufficient, but could be a challenge when place is crowded including long weekends. But staff are helpful and guide with car parking. They have one small lift that fits at most around 5-6 adults. Considering the number of floors and rooms, one may need to wait little longer for lift. Swimming pool is operational and maintained. Restaurant was good variety and ambience. Variety of options during breakfast.
Had poor experience with one waiter who was arrogant and was showing attitude for a small request of packing left over roti and one vegetable that we had ordered in dinner as kids did not eat much at dinner table and would have felt hungry in night. He even blabbered and arrogantly kept poorly packed food on our table. Next morning he was greeting all the guests but did not greet us and was looking at us from side of his eyes. Not sure why he got irritated for such a simple and polite request. I did not complain about it thinking it might affect his pay or incentives.
